Idencia's software solution, combined with RFID tags allows precast concrete manufacturers to replace paper based recording with real time information captured on smartphones from the factory floor. 

With Idencia you're afforded a central view of your sites production with real time data from smartphones displayed in a dashboard. You can see what jobs have been started, where they are in the production process and even where the finished item was put on the yard. Idencia will concert your production processes so you can time stamp every step, prevent steps from being skipped over or missed, record photos and or signatures as verification and record notes. 

You can add a tag to every item in production to give it it's own unique serial number to record production activities against. The tag is positioned in the mould prior to pour and fixed using posts, anchors or hanger clips. Once the item is finished the serial number is recorded into the cloud database and becomes the key database field. 

Your existing processes are also able to be duplicated into the Idencia management portal which can be linked via API to your ERP software.
